Isx blowing coolant out overflow but not overheating.

High mile 6.5's that all of a sudden start blowin coolant usually have a failed head gasket. Cyls #'s 1 and 2 (front R and L) are the usual suspects. 98- 2000 blocks will crack #8 cylinders at times. Touch one, the inlet, it should be hot. The other should be hot too if the coolant is going through the heater core.This car has been overheating, and bubbling out of reservoir. I changed the thermostat today and same problem remains. I also noted the fan will not run. Having hard time finding out why it won't run. To get back to bubbling overflow tank temp gauge will read normal and hot. Doesn't seem to matter what gauge says it still will do it.

It seems the prior owner solved the problem by installing a 150 degree thermostat, and a 13 lb cap, because I just installed the MF correct 180 degree thermostat and 7 lb cap, and the fluid is just pouring out the overflow tube.

I removed the head and checked the gasket. Gasket is good. The head bolts were loose to start with. Re-torqued the head and fixed that problem. Filled the radiator and ran it for a few minutes. Refilled the rad and ran it again for a few minutes. The bike runs great but is now blowing the coolant out of the overflow. The fan is not coming on.
