I've been using Adobe Acrobat Reader (free version) to read and store my documents on the cloud, and using OneNote to annotate documents that need annotating. The problem is that since OneNote backs everything up, and the way it stores PDFs and such is as really large image files. I've all but run out of space for cloud storage.
