IT'S NOT TEX-MEX! I spent over 30 years in Texas and lived in several parts of the state; Mexican food was then, and is now, my favorite of all food genres. Tex-Mex is not just whatever you say it is - it has a definite meaning, and Capital Tacos' menu is not even close. They deserve to lose a star for false advertising, but I can't.
