I haven't been to Germaines, too many others with better locations. One reason I would go to the Chiefs is the Chief himself. Well known and respected entertainer on Oahu. The Chiefs luau has moved to Wet and Wild, west of the airport. He's not at Sea Life Park anymore where you get those gorgeous views.
